I requested my free Biorhythm report but haven't received it.
Check your spam or junk folder first — our emails occasionally land there. If it's not there after 15 minutes, write to us with the email address you used and we'll resend it manually.
My paid report link isn't working.
Report links are permanent and require no login. If a link isn't opening, try a different browser or device. If the issue persists, send us your payment reference and we'll troubleshoot immediately.
Can I get a reading for someone else — a family member or partner?
Yes. Simply enter their birth details when prompted. Each set of details generates a completely independent reading. If you want readings for multiple people, each should be ordered separately with their own details.
Are the readings calculated fresh for me, or are they generic?
All Antara readings are calculated from your specific birth date, time, and place. The charts are unique to you. The interpretations are generated specifically for your configuration — not pulled from a generic library.
What is your refund policy?
Because reports are calculated and delivered digitally and instantly, we are generally unable to offer refunds once a report has been accessed. If you experienced a technical issue that prevented you from receiving your report, contact us and we will resolve it. See our Terms & Conditions for the full policy.
Is my birth data stored or shared?
Your birth details are used solely to calculate your readings. They are not stored on our servers after the calculation is complete, and they are never sold, shared, or used for any other purpose. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
